2012-01-04Mission completedWhen I started my assignment at IRW in January 2011, there were two main goals defined by the board; to implement a new financial structure and plan a new organisation to meet the needs of a growing company. The new financial structure has now been implemented and a new organisation will be effective during Q1 2012, therefore I consider my mission completed! In addition to these tasks we have managed to gain a number of new and expanded contracts on a Nordic level and IRW has further strengthened its position in the CRO business. It has been a pleasure to be part of IRW’s energetic team of professionals. During the past year I have expanded my knowledge about the CRO business and am now ready to move on to pursue new challenges. I will have my last day with IRW March 31st. Patrik Elfwing
